Grilled chicken recipe

Some days, or rather many days, you come home from work all tired and drained. But you still need to eat. And chips won't do the trick. Neither would instant noodles. You wanted to bite into solid food, flavoured and cooked properly. So here's one of those things I whipped up on one of those days.


Grilled Chicken - High protein, no-carb dinner

Ingredients:
Chicken thigh
1 clove of garlic mashed
Some salt to taste
Squeeze of lemon/lime juice
Pepper
Soy sauce
Coriander

How
Marinate the chicken with the garlic for 10 minutes.
Mix the chicken and garlic with salt, lemon juice, pepper and a dash of soy sauce.
Place in grill oven and cook till done.
Serve with coriander.

Gosh, this sounds like a really simple thing to do... but if one doesn't watch the oven, it is easy to overcook or, even, undercook the whole dish. It tasted great in the end, for me.
